  • It is NOT the governments job to regulate over draft fees. If they are too high, find another bank or ensure that you don't do it in the first place. Why do people look to the government when they can't handle personal things. We have become a NANNY State, GROW UP America!

  • The key words here are "unlawful orders", not orders I don't agree with. "I was only following orders" is not an excuse. That being said I do think it is in poor taste to bad mouth a current President in public while you are waring the uniform.

  • You are right Roc; the unions had their place & did some good to end child labor & hazardous working environments but their time has ended. They only exist now to sustain themselves & make union bosses wealthy.

  • No Jeremy they did not Jeer; the Tea Party wants fair taxes & less governmental spending.  We are broke & 1/2 of America doesn't pay taxes; this is wrong & unsustainable.  BTW please show me in our Constitution where it says you are entitled to free health insurance.

  • A few more things: If this jobs plan is so urgent, why did he go on vacation before he gave it to us? Why has he waited over 1.5 years, why didn't he do it when he had a super majority in the House & Senate? Is it so he can blame someone else? Looks like it.

  • I listened the Presidents speech and agreed with 99% of what I heard, much of it sounded very good. Unfortunately his actions have not agreed with his words & speeches.  I liked his tax cutting ideas for small business; but what does he consider a small business (50)?

  • What kind of messed up country has America become when we think illegal aliens can have "civil rights"? Illegals can only have human rights in our country; they are not U.S. citizens, so therefore they can't have civil rights can they?
